Policies and Terms
Appointments
We do appointments for onsite/offsite business consulting and
for desktop support. Business Consulting starts with 1/2 hour free with
additional charges ranging from $35/hour to $150/hour. Desktop
Support "house calls" start at $35/hour. Same day service for desktop
support is often possible. If the fix requires hardware replacement then
there will be a delay while parts arrive.
We handle credit cards and debit cards via PayPal, business checks,
and (in small enough situations) cash. We don't do net/30, or anything
else.
Support policies
Desktop support is guaranteed for 90 days if you don't make a significant change to your Windows computer after the support call (no new software or hardware). Other professional work like Website design/development is warranteed under the contract that is signed. Usually up to 2 minor changes in websites can be performed as part of the original contract.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided up to the amount of the original charges. Liability is limited to the amount of the charges.
Privacy
If you subscribe to the newsletter or otherwise "opt in" and give BCCS your e-mail address that information will not be sold or given to any third parties.
All credit/debit card processing will be done using SSL (secure website) technology to keep anyone from stealing the data being processed.
Need Help Fast?
Sometimes we are available rapidly. At this moment Tom has accepted a fulltime day shift contract so he is available "after supper" and on the weekends.
Tom normally answers the phone from about 10am to about 8pm CST/CDT 6days a week. I look at incoming e-mail frequently on my Blackberry.
We are usually busy on Sunday mornings.
